Curved glass is produced by heating flat glass in a controlled kiln environment and forming it over engineered molds to achieve the required shape and radius. This process allows glass to be manufactured in a variety of sizes, thicknesses, and configurations to meet both functional and aesthetic design requirements. Depending on the application, curved glass may be supplied as monolithic glass or incorporated into laminated or insulating glass units to support safety, durability, and thermal performance goals.
